1. I think the scene in the movie where they showed us the dream Watson was having about the war was important because it gave us a general background about Watson. The first thing I thought when I saw that scene was that he was in the army sometime in his life.
2. The news headlines during the movie was important. It gave you the date and how many murders that took place.
3. The scene with the press conference was interesting. When the killer text the word wrong too everybody. That tells you the killer was in the room at the time.
4. The scene when Sherlock and Watson was in the morgue talking to the medical examiner. The camera focus on Sherlock when he was looking at Watson’s hand and Sherlock was describing Watson to him. That was important because one it gives us confirmation on the dream at the beginning and two it gives us a little bit more information about Watson.
5. At the end of the movie when Sherlock and the killer was face to face getting ready to take the funny looking pill. When the killer got shot it left you in suspense, wondering who shot him. Until Sherlock was explaining to the detective the kind of person that shot the killer and he paused in the middle of explaining and looked over at Watson. That gave us knowledge that Watson recovered from his post traumatic stress.
